Helping organisations meet their goals through their people is my passion.  It is the reason I have spent my professional life working with and through human resources.  My experience encompasses various roles from talent acquisition, recruitment process creation and optimisation to HRIS and ATS design, implementation, and training. 

I have enjoyed success recruiting and developing talent across a variety of industries including oil & gas, electronics manufacturing, and food & beverage processing, and I relish the challenge of working with any organisation interested in raising the bar through effective talent acquisition.
